My pathetic attempt few years back to write a poem

Alive, but I didn't create you
Dead, but I didn't kill you
Trance, but I didn't push you
You are what you are

Joy, I didn't bring
Anxiety, I didn't create
Sad, I didn't make
I am what I am

Roads, I didn't lay
Dams, I didn't build
Wheels, I didn't invent
But I think, therefore I am
